Washington, D.C. native Steve "Coma" Hall was arrested this morning by Washington County police for counts of animal cruelty and sexual assault. According to the state provided by authorities, Steve stumbled out into his neighbor's yard in a drunken stupor, half dressed, and asked his neighbor's chihuahua to a picture of him for the mobile application called "Snapchat". When they dog didn't respond, Steve became livid, then took off his pants and tackled it. By the time his neighbor had caught wind of the commotion in his front yard, it was too late, as Steve had mounted the small animal and was yelling "I hate Obama" at the top of his lungs. The police were called immediately, at which point they swiftly arrived and placed Steve under arrest. When Washington County PD asked Steve for an explanation of his actions, he had only this to say:
"Sometimes, you gotta hate fuck something defenseless. Seacrest out."
