A Great Harwood man is behind bars after police arrested him on several child pornography charges.
Harbour was charged with two counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of promotion of child pornography. He was being held Tuesday at Greenbank Police Station with bail set at £500,000.
According to court documents, a Lancashire officer said Harbour admitted sexually assaulting a 15-year-old child.
