A local man of Great Harwood, Jake Ripley arrested on suspicion of walking the streets nude. The cowboy builder was spotted on the streets of Great Harwood wearing nothing but a yellow hard hat and has been reported for indecent exposure. The 25 year old man has admitted to the offence and stated " I just felt free" and appears in count on the 17th December.
