A local leslie man 'Dylan Milligan' of 83 Patterson Park has had to have his penis surgically removed from his bathroom tap. Many embarrassments were shared between Dylan and the Glenrothes fire department. The team worked quickly to cut the tap and rush him to hospital to prevent any further serious harm. It's came to public attention that there is a current fun raiser to pay for a synthetic penis for the young fife man. Sporting the slogan 'gee dylan a tap'!
