Just when you thought the killer clown craze was coming to an end in the UK ,a clown wielding a knife was caught and reported by two troubled parents .The clown was supposedly seen threatening people at a knife point .The identity of this clown is still unknown and as there's isn't enough evidence to prosecute nothing can be done currently . Was this a Halloween scare or was it a dangerous clown?
