Late Monday night Kaylee Brett of Vancouver, WA was detained and arrested for the theft of 13 dogs from a local animal shelter. Her reasoning behind it all was that she couldn't bare to see them be euthanized in the coming weeks, and she knew she could find homes for them faster. The charges have been dropped and she is currently working to help find forever homes for all 13 dogs, and even keeping a few for herself.
