10:00 pm Monday, March 20th-
Seekonk police responded to a 911 call reporting that John J. Brophy 34 ,formaly of Fall River, was seen covered in blood. When police arrived on scene they asked Mr. Brophy if he had been injured. He then proceeded to tell officers Sgt. Mactuna and Lt. Choad that he had just brutally murdered 18 employees at a local Walmart with his bare hands. Mr. Brophy was quickly apprehended. When asked why he could do such a horrible act he responded, " God told me to clean aisle 5, so I cleaned that shit". He will be arraigned on Tuesday March 21st at Taunton District Court.
