Teenage boy named Phill Hawksett has been missing since 4pm tonight. He was last seen with a 26 year old man around Liscard.
His friend Joseph (Joe) Quinn says 'He said he was only going out with his step-brother but didn't speak much about it.'
Other friends say he left them straight away after school to meet this 'tall,ginger' man and hasn't been seen since. He has not answered any messages nor phone calls. Please contact us if found!
