Local man arrested following an investigation by local police that deemed him to be "too sexy". Ricky Garland, 43, of Paducah was seen leaving Energy fitness today where his sexiness was noticed by an undercover officer that immediately called in the SWAT team for back up. Garland was being held at the local jail as he was also too sexy to post bail.
