A recently adopted Kenmore puppy was declared by the American Standards Canine Society as the World's cutest puppy.
The couple who adopted him, Jessica Mohr and Ysi Ramos, have decided to name her Scout. Maria Stefanos, president of the Society states "A fine name for a cute pup!"
