Shane Anderson of Freeport, Il won the Illinois State Powerball in the amount of 12.6 million dollars last Friday, June 30th 2017. When asked what he plans to do with the money, Anderson simply commented "You can all kiss my ass." [sic] A friend of Anderson, who wishes to remain anonymous, said that when he approached Shane about his winnings, he offered only a rude hand gesture and said "Kiss it!" before driving away in a hurry. Anderson was last seen laughing like a maniac walking down Galena Ave holding a chainsaw and flamethrower.
