Today city leaders took necessary action on Heather Flowers after finding her to be 'like that' and often 'you know, that way'. She will be shut down while ODOT employees detour traffic around her during the renovation. Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson announced this news earlier, and hoped that the renovated Heather will be at least 'um, ok' after the 6 week construction period.
In an interview with neighbor William Smith, we learned that Heather had been 'like that' for quite some time and many wished for her to be 'um, ok' soon.
