Philip Stotts local Pastor of The Road Church and Recover House has been charged with five counts of trafficking and money laundering. FBI out of Springfield Mo tells KSN that Mr. Stotts has been illegally bringing gummy Octopuses into the state. Barton County Sheriff's office refused to comment but it appears that the laundering charge has to do with Mr. Stotts entering a laundry facility and dropping a two dollar bill into the washer. As details emerge we will be the first to share them. Stay tuned.
