Williamston MI. to Build Nuclear Power Plant

It was announced today in a press conference at the state capitol building, that williamston has been chosen as the location of the nations newest nuclear power plant. The location currently known as mcormick park on Putnam street will make way to a state of the art power plant. It was decided that the red cedar river is the perfect candidate to aid in the nations first experimental steady flow cooling system that will keep the facility running at an estimated three times the production of any other plant in the world. State and williamston officials alike are excited and optimistic about the venture as it will add hundreds of jobs to the small suburb town. Construction is slated to begin in the spring 2018.
