A bill is being reviewed to change the driving age to 18 beginning July 31st of this year. There are A lot of changes coming with the newly issued licensed drivers under that age. Stipulations are those who have their drivers permit or license before the date of change may keep it as it stands with restrictions that they must be accompanied by a licensed driver over 21yrs of age at all times for under 18 licensed drivers. Any permit holder's under 18 will have to renew their permit every 6 months til they are 18 to keep their privledge of driving with a licensed driver over 21yrs of age also.
