The weather has been HOT and HUMID lately, reaching into the mid to upper 90's not allowing for the heat index. A local resident, Delilah Bromfield walked upon a pair of pink flamingo's at a local park. Twin Falls Park has a pair of water falls that is in a cool refreshing area and a favorite place for locals to relax and chill on these hot humid days.

So, of course Ms. Bromfield was shocked to see these two birds cooling off and looking for a bite to eat in such an area. She stated, "I had grabbed a few dandelion leaves to munch on walking out the trail because I read an article that said they were packed with health benefits. At first I thought maybe I grabbed some sort of hallucinogenic plant and I am just seeing things." Upon further investigation, she was able to walk right up to the birds and touch them. Luckily, she had her camera and was able to snap a picture of them.

After this report and the report of alligators being spotted recently in Lake Stephens, we may have to concede that global warming may not be a hoax.
