In a rare move by the City of Fredericton's Fire Department, local Interior Designer (Rachael Quackenbush) has been tapped to lead the investigation into the suspicious fire at 346 Brunswick St. The fire occurred shortly after 8pm on Monday evening with local blogger (Charles Leblanc) raising the alarm after seeing the smoke and flames while out walking. Ms. Quackenbush expressed great interest in the case and was first to suspect foul play with her keen posts on Facebook. The investigation is under way.
