The law is in the making but may pass by March of '18. With at least 70 of Americans receiving some sort of public assistance resources are becoming low, leaving no choice but to pass the law. "I have entered too many homes where the children are lacking necessities and play gear, which is a serious problem." as stated by our anonymous social worker. The law states that anyone who is caught selling children or baby items will be jailed for a minimum of a year or fined for at least $10,000. So it maybe in your best interest to just donate these items.
