A local hospital in Tokyo Japan is now rolling dice to decide newborn babies gender in and effort to make the world more "gender neutral". When we asked one of their top doctors he said "the world is a wide and diverse place, we know we can't change every gender though we hope that others will follow our example".
It's not as bizarre as you might think however, parents can decide whether they want to roll the dice or keep their child's gender the way it was. If the dice are rolled however then doctors perform immediate surgery and chemical treatments to make the chips match that gender.
