In the early morning of Monday October 23rd between 1:30am and 2am on route 430, there has been a sighting of what witnesses believe too be a clown, standing along the road side. The location of the sighting is nestled between two small communities, Cow Head and Parsons Pond. The is mostly a very popular tourist attraction during the summer time being apart of Gros Morne National Park. But people of these two small communities are in shock, because the area is usually quite this time of year. Police are asking everyone in the area too take caution when traveling along the road way at night, and too report anymore sighting.
