Wildwood Police Department is warning everyone in the city limits area. To be on the look out for a tall male dressed in a creepy clown outfit. The body found on Powell Street was discovered by a man that saw the clown repeatedly stabbing the victim on the ground. The name of the victim will not be released until family is notified.
