Camp Springs MD - The body of 31 year old Shardae Floyd was found in the basement of her home around 9am this morning. Fox 5 reported that her boyfriend Stephen Washington 33 of Washington DC stuffed multiple Halloween candy down her throat causing her to choak.
Local neighbors in the community reported hearing Mr. Washington walking through the neighborhood screaming "If I can't have her no one can."
"It's just so tragic this occurred, I literally just saw her this morning taking her daughter to school" said Alex Gomez who lives next door.
Stephen Washington turned himself in around 10am and led police to the body. The couples two young sons were in the kitchen eating and uninjured.
