In what has been described as an uncanny move, the Trustees of the University of Alabama have voted unanimously to fire Coach Nick Saban. When asked why, an unnamed source has revealed that it stems from Saban's refusal to remove 48 Mekhi Brown from the championship game on Monday night. Brown punched a Georgia player and then assaulted fellow team members on the sidelines.
"Saban will do anything to win and we believe that honor and fair play are more important." said a fed up trustee.
Saban was not available for comment.
