The student detained is Chase Vickers. He raped a then 15 year old girl (who chooses to stay Anonymous) in his black 1998 Jeep. It is said that his peers called him “quicky” because of a nude picture he went to friends. Vickers will be in court Monday, September 3 for 2 acounts of rape and 1 account of trying to avaid arrest. The Vickers family wants to apologize to the community but father Steve Vickers said “I always that he was gay”.
