Jarod Garrelts 16 was arrested early morning on Friday for a violation of Curfew. When police pulled him over Jarod ran he didnt make it far before being tazed then shot. When his car was searched they found lots marijuana. Jarod is facing a minimum of 3 years with a max of 12 years. With an additional 6 months for attempting to flee the scene. Jarod has been charged with attempt to sell and illegal substances. Jarod has a bond of $1,000,000. And has a court date Sep. 12/2018. Jarod plans to plead not guilty.
