McCracken County police arrested a man for DUI at approx. 0:400 after an extensive slow speed chase occurred backing traffic between Paducah Ky and Metropolis Illinois. In a joint law enforcement operation, the suspect, 59 year old Herb Henderson was apprehended after a long foot pursuit. He is charged with the following: DUI, 21'st offense, aggravated nuisance, purposely wreaking havoc on a crowded highway, failure to acknowledge road signs, VERY indecent exposure and attempting to elude police. He was apprehended and lodged in McCracken County jail and awaiting expedition to Metroplolis Illinois pending further charges.
