On Wednesday October 14th at 7:34 o’clock at night Michael MacArthur was walking to a store by him self 3 men walked up to him one of the men pulled out a pocket knife Michael ran and pulled out a gun and started shooting at the 3 men the men ran off and the Atascadero police are still looking for them the 3 men Michael Macarthur was arrested he was found hiding at the Atascadero high school.Atascadero police say this is gang related.
