Local authorities from La Grulla PD received several complains about what seems to be a clown in the back yard of a local resident in Narciso Peña St. A resident was able to capture a clown vandalizing at about 3AM this past Wednesday. Police recommend to lock your windows and doors and be alert for these bandits.
