Last Thursday at 9:00 pm Pierce county sheriff's deputies responded to the Mcdonalds parking lot in Blackshear GA beside highway 84. Local authorities report there was a lifted dark red for truck in desperate need of a paint job parked in the drive through. Officials say when the officers got closer to the vehicle they saw Joe Bell in the driver's seat with multiple cats in the cab of the truck and a strong stench of cat piss around the vehicle. Officers have video footage of Mr Bell screaming and inhaling large amounts of cat urine in a Mcdonalds cup. They also say that the truck had vast quantities of clown masks and used lifestyle condom rappers throughout the cab. Mr Bell is awaiting trial and is being charged with multiple counts of animal abuse.
