A Houston, Texas woman has claimed her money after winning $1,000,000 in the Texas Scratch Off Lottery.
Kendra Bradshaw claimed her prize Monday.
“I thought it was a dream,” she said. “I kept saying, ‘Yeah, right. This can’t be right.’ ”
Bradshaw bought the scratch off ticket upon a trip to a neighborhood Shell station in Northwest Houston.
She said she waited two months to come forward because she wanted to remove some people out of her life first before claiming, according to lottery officials.
She told the Texas Lottery officials she plans to use her winnings towards lavish vacations before doing anything further.
