Authorities Say Joseph Maia long term resident of Warwick RI and current resident of foster RI was arrested Thursday night at about 6:30 pm. Reports claim Maia was caught assaulting a gentleman in a clown suit off of post road in Warwick. Warwick police say Joseph was armed an considered dangerous, he is being held at the aci in Cranston an is scheduled to appear in Kent county court house Monday October 31.
