Local Staten Island resident Kevin Sweeney (age:unknown) is being charged with two counts of assault after law enforcement agents brought him in for "giving (Victim) the mittens." The victim(s) will remain anonymous until after the hearing. The district attorney may also be charging others involved under the RICO law for what is now being referred to as "MITTENZGANG."
