Police and Paramedics in Rochdale, Greater Manchester are currently attending a 2 car collision. There seems to be 5 casualties and 2 critical injured with one passenger fleeing the scene.
A witness, who would like to stay anonymous told Greater Manchester Police "The man running away had his hood up, clutching his pockets looking a bit dazed"
***UPDATE***
Damien Clelland, The Driver of the Blue Clio, has now been removed from the car and being looked at, on scene, by paramedics. Damien has revealed to the police about the passenger fleeing the scene, but doesn't want any charges being pressed due to this collision. No name for the passenger was given to the Police.
The passengers from the other vehicle have been taken to Royal Oldham Hospital for treatment.
