Jimmy, man from Youngstown was caught streaking through Walmart Thursday night. Witnesses said he was seen running naked saying the government was after him. He was finally tackled down in the home and garden section by police after trying to grab a shovel and some miracle grow. He is currently being held in the mahoning county jail.
