A local Hubbard man, Kyle J. Armstrong,18, was on the corner of Indianola and South Ave. when caught in the act. Witnesses are to have said seeing Armstrong performing oral sex on an unknown male. Local authorities were contacted and on scene within 30 minutes. It was then the men fled on foot. Armstrong was arrested immediately on scene but the other suspect fled. Armstrong is believed to be involved in 5 other cases in the area.
