On October 27, 2016 officers responded to a 911 call on Hwy 14 saying that a man appeared to be very hostile towards innocent bystanders. When officers arrived on the scene they encountered Joseph Bourque III threatening the public saying that if anyone knocked on his door for candy on Halloween that he would throw boiled bleach into their faces. Officers quickly apprehended Joseph Bourque III where he was taken to a nearby hospital only to find out by specialist that he's clearly just a douche. He was arrested for being a douche bond was set at 1.2 million dollars by Judge Raven Batchelor.
