Wednesday October 26, 2016 sunrise police responded to a call involving an intoxicated man running a round a McDonald's parking lot off of Pine Island and 44th. Witnesses say man was running around butt naked shoving his genitalia onto car windows and making T-Rex noise. Upon arrival, police found a man in his mid-20s by the name of Carlos Diaz de Arce banging on drive thru window at a closed McDonald's demanding Big Macs. When confronted, De Arce ran away and jumped into a new-ish Honda Element and took police on a chase from sunrise to lauderhill off Raquet club dr before police tased and arrested De Arce and took him to ft Lauderdale detention center. De Arce claims he was on his way to a his lover Jasons house and wanted to bring Big Macs to set the mood. De Arce was released 11am due to lack of food to keep him fed.
