Howard lake- waverly- winsted 152 pound wrestler Harry Shannon could dominate section 4A highschool wrestling. The off season work has built him up and, he says he is feeling more confident that this year will be his strongest year in his wrestling career. His signature single takedown could send him off to the Xcel Energy Center to attend the Minnesota highschool wrestling state tournament.
