A Eastern Michigan student is being charged with two accounts of assault and harassment after allegedly going around campus hitting students and tricking them to think that there is something on their Clothing. Devin Smith claims that he was telling people to get the haters off while hitting them and says it was a joke. Smith then went and did the same thing to one of the EMU security guards , and that is when she was then maced in her face. Smith says he screamed that it was a joke but was arrested by the sheriff on campus. Fox News tell us Smith will have to appear in court and is required to go November 12, 2016.
