Local boy Ty Johnson, 16, was caught last night around 11 PM attempting to have sexual intercourse with his sister. His mother walked in while it was happening and called the police the second she could get to a phone. He stated : I gave her a buck fifty. His sister is now filing unconsentual sex charges against him. Ty is now being held in custody at the County Detention Center
