The Pennsylvania State Police were called to the area of Route 136 in Greensburg for reports of a Juevinile urinating on the sidewalk in the area of the High School. Upon arrival, the State Police found a 14 yr old male openly admitting he urinated on the sidewalk. The State Police then took action and took the Juevinile into custody and soon to be released to the parents. The male stated "Yea, I peed on the sidewalk I had to pee. When a mans gotta go a mans gotta go." The State Police then commented they do not expect a criminal offense.
