Alissa Harris 19 of Logan Ohio has been detained by local authorities after breaking into Petland and stealing 37 dogs and 8 ferrets along with various other supplies. Authorities were able to track down Alissa when they saw her walking the 37 dogs in the park. When asked why she did it she was quoted as saying "I just needed more puppies." The LPD say they will take her in for mental evaluation before determining her punishment. More on this story as updates come.
