Cody Shirra was arraigned this afternoon on allegations he was supplying cracked ring lands to more then 100 different Subaru dealers throughout the Tri-state area. "Subie" Codys street name was pulled over for suspicion in carbondales west when officer Geno Diana noticed a small stuffed animal that appeared to be a pig hanging off the rear bumper of his car. Officer Diana stated that this form of non sense will not be tolerated on his watch! After a complete and thorough inspection of the vehicle officer Diana charged Mr. Shirra with over 400 bags of cracked ring lands with intent to sell and supply ,one count of illegal stancing ,one count of illegal gold rims due to stancing ,as well as mud flaps at illegal lengths! Mr. Shirra is currently held at United States Penitentiary Canaan in lieu of 3 million dollars bail. Any information regarding Cody Shirra aka "scubie" is greatly appreciated
