Luck and chance sometimes comes together.
A local man from the Fossil park area in northern Saint Pete had such a event on Thursday at a 4th street liquor store. According to the store owner John the man who is only known at this point as Will lives close by and always comes in for cigarettes and on occasions buys scratch offs. John has told us that the man is a father of six grown children as to which a few of them live in the area as well.
Currently we do not have any further information if he will take the full pay out or installments.
