Janesville girl, Dayna D. Shultz was arrested early Sunday morning after a call from the block of S. Washington in Janesville. 52 year old Ben Waver called JPD around 8:15 a.m on 10/23/16 regarding a female with indecent exposure in his yard. Reports say Ben heard laughing from his window, when he went outside to investigate there was a young women squatting in his rose bushes among his front lawn. When Ben walked over, the young women swiftly pulled up her pants, and ran away. Ben then walked over to the rose bush where he noticed human feces clumps present. Ben decided then to call the JPD and gave the description of the young women. JPD spotted a young women walking Center Ave., close to area matching Ben's description. Dayna D. Shultz was then arrested for the act of Public Indecency. This will be Dayna's 3rd offence.
