It is reported that an insurance broker from Kirkcaldy has been known to leave his work to visit various hairdressers in the town.
A barber contacted the papers when he was concearned of the addition. "It's not normal, he comes in sometimes as much as twice a week. He always tips the staff and tells them not to tell anyone."
