On Wednesday 10/26/2016, at approximately 1:26 am State police observed Matthew Read of Penn Yan NY and a 22 year old woman having intercourse on a swing at Pudgies Park. When approached by the police the officer observed that both parties were highly intoxicated. Both agreed to submit to a breath test which revealed that Matthew and his accompliss had BAC higher than .08 . Both were charged with public intoxication and indecent exposure. Matthew was arraigned at Penn Yan town court and released on his own recondense. Matthew will appear in Penn Yan town court on 11/07/16 to answer to his charges. His accompliss was issued an apperance ticket and will also appear in Penn Yan town court on 11/7/16 to answer to her charges.
