At 11:30 pm on October 27th, police responded to a public disturbance call in Dover, when they arrived at the scene local man Bryan Snodgrass was seen standing in the street with his shirt pulled up over his belly shouting "I'm finna bust". When they attempted to detain him the K-9 unit received some "Friendly Fire" after getting one cuff on Snodgrass used his free hand to urinate on the K-9.
The dog is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.
