Brenda Mckinney was arrested Wed Oct 27th for allegedly running naked through Owensboro Wal-Mart. Mckinney was found in possession of large quantities of Pin-Sol with suspicion of huffing the cleaner. She was released on a 10,000 bond. Police are still investigating
