Susan K Kind from Stoughton, WI, was cited after a lengthy investigation with local law enforcement and the Boarder Control on Friday October 28th, 2016. She was found to be in connection with smuggling puppies from Mexico into Wisconsin. At this time a citation has been given but further charges may proceed after the full investigation is complete. If anyone has any information they are asked to call local law enforcement or the boarder patrol as the investigation is ongoing.
